Our Physical Education Program
Beyond the regular school day, our toddlers and preschool students participate in physical education. BMSS offers all Toddlers and preschoolers a Physical Education Program that helps them develop their gross motor and coordination skills.
• Walk backward
• Jump forwards and backward
• Climb stairs
• Throw, catch, bounce, kick a ball, etc.
Physical fitness as we all know reduces sedentary behavior, thus reducing physical obesity in children. It is recommended that children get at least 1 hour of physical activities daily. In addition, our yoga classes teach our toddlers and preschool students to learn how to relax, inhale, exhale and get in touch with their inner self.
